1. In order to handle the business transaction it is necessary for the seller to process and use the data recorded in the course and submitted voluntarily by the customer in accordance with the legal regulations for fulfilment of his obligations from the contract of purchase. These data can also be transferred to authorized parties and carefully selected partners in accordance with § 11 BDSG for the purpose of checking creditworthiness and for advertising purposes. Only the address without further information will be passed on to advertising partners.
2. The customer expressly declares his agreement to the storage and processing of his data as described in paragraph 1 when he orders. He is entitled at any time to view the data and to demand that information be changed or deleted.

Exclusion of liability
1. Content of the online presentation
The author will accept no liability for the actuality, correctness, completeness or quality of the provided information. Liability claims against the author which refer to material or non-material damages of any kind incurred by the use of omission to use the offered information are generally excluded insofar as the author is not provably guilty of wilful intent or gross negligence.
